Dolores E. Beaugez, MA, co-founded Visual Imagry, Inc. with her husband Donald Beaugez in September 1994 and has served as the company's President. With more than 30 years of experience as a manager, project manager and award winning photographer, she is responsible for overseeing the company's management. She is also responsible for VIPlanning Software & Online Services annual training and and educational outreach projects. Because of her  years experience as a photographer, she was also responsible for collecting digital photography onsite at more than 125 school facilities, as well has designing and teaching digital still photography classes that focused on data and digital data collection for creating pre-plans for school campuses, public health agencies, and commercial facilities.

Management & Strategic Planning 
  • NEVADA
    VIPlanning Project Manager, Project Co-Coordinator & Trainer
    2006 - Present

    Washoe County School District (WCSD) in Reno, Nevada contracted with Visual Imagry, Inc. in 2006 to developing a secure site using VIPlanning Online Services and provide a repository for plans that could be access via a secure site.  The web-based plans were created by entering the data into VIPlanning Software.  Ms. Beaugez was responsible
     for the co-coordination, management, 
    development and annual updates for more than 90 web-based plans. She was also was the project manager for the onside data collection and the mapping phase of the project.  The project required collecting more than 45,000 digital still images and about 8,000 360-movies that were used in the development of the pre-plans during 2006-2007.  

    Ms. Beaugez was also responsible for training the digital data collection 
    classes; coordination of all on site meetings; and 
    coordination for  training programs and workshops meetings; and coordination for  training programs and workshops for
    the WCSD Board of 
    Trustees and District Incident Response Team.

  • TEXAS 
    Project Manage, Project Co-Coordinator & Trainer

    2010 - Present
    Lamar Consolidated Independent School District in Richmond, Texas contracted with Visual Imagry, Inc. in 2009 to develop a secure site using VIPlanning software & Online Services and  also to provide a repository for their emergency plans and annexes that could be access via a secure site. The web-based plans were created by entering the data into VIPlanning Software ©. 
    Ms. Beaugez is responsible for  coordination, management, development and annual updates each year with the help of each school's principle and/or assistant principal. 

  • CALIFORNIA
    Project Manager and  Project Co-Coordinator 
    2013- 2016
    Visual Imagry, Inc. was awarded the contract to develop the web-based interface for accessing the City of Oakland's plans via VIPlanning Software & Online Service under the direction of the City of Oakland Fire Department Division Manager / Emergency Manager. All plan data and information was entered into VIPlanning Software © and can be accessed via VIPlanning Online Services.


  • CALIFORNIA
    Managed the development of 13 public health web sites for Regional III, CA
    Project Manager and  Project Co-Coordinator 

    2004 -2013
    NorCalBT.com, northern California's Bioterrorism / Disaster Preparedness web site, was created in 2004 by Visual Imagry, Inc. to provide the 13 rural health departments within the Office of Emergency Services (OES) Mutual Aid Region III (CA) the interactive tools to build an extensive network for bio-terrorism / disaster planning, preparing, training, communicating and responding to any public health threat or emergency. The NorCalBT.com web site operated separately and independently of any other county web site.  The 13 counties that comprise California’s Region III include: Butte, Colusa, Glenn, Lassen, Modoc, Plumas, Shasta, Sierra, Siskiyou, Sutter, Tehama, Trinity and Yuba counties.

Emergency Management & Preparedness  Experience & Education 
  • Project Impact Coordinator for the City of Sparks, Nevada
    She served as the Project Impact Coordinator for the City of Sparks, Nevada.  She coordinated more than 25 successful disaster preparedness projects that were made possible by the disaster preparedness and mitigation grant funded by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA). The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) Project Impact Grant was for $500,000. The City of Sparks was selected as a Project Impact Star Community in Washington D.C. and Ms. Beaugez was also honored for all her contributions by the City of Sparks.

  • Chairman of the Project Impact - Safe Schools Committee, Nevada
    Dee Beaugez  was responsible for the coordination of the City of Sparks (NV) participation in the Federal Emergency Management Agency’s Pre-Incident Planning Pilot Test Project. She took the Safe Schools project to the next step and began coordinating the development of first versions of HTML (web-based) school campus site assessments (pre-plans) for 23 high schools and middle schools. 

  • Assistant Emergency Operations Coordinator For the City of Shoreline, Washington
    She assisted in the exercising, coordination and updating of the city's emergency preparedness efforts. She served as a liaison for the city with other agencies and organizations in the area of emergency management. She coordinated supporting programs and training efforts for city staff and assisted in the development of proposals to implement and maintain an effective emergency management program. She assisted in conducting exercises to determine the readiness and effectiveness of city resources during a coordinated emergency response.
