Ms. Savage's vast experience in maritime research and vessel documentation fostered a simple transition into the world of preparedness software. While attending college to prepare for Nursing, Ms. Savage also minored in Society and Ethics. Her specific interests have focused on the correlation between first response and community health - with a special emphasis on marginalized populations. Her primary fields of interests include social issues that impact our world, and community health, virology, and emergency medicine. 

Upon joining Visual Imagry, Inc. in June of 2006 as a administrative assistant Ms. Savage quickly found herself taking on the role of editing and reviewing HTML plans. She also reviewed and assisted in editing HTML plans for Washoe County School District, Humboldt County School District and Bishop Manogue Catholic High School..


She began researching projects for the Safe to Learn Project in 2011
