Forever Hope
"Healing outreach and promoting education"~Vickee Greer

During Jessika Savage's senior year at Cornish College of the Arts in Seattle, WA, Jessika focused all her creative energy into creating a campaign to help launch the Greer Foundation. Her work included the creation of a logo, marketing materials and designing 3 teacher training books that Vickee Greer was planning to incorporate in her violence prevention training for elementary schools, middle schools and high schools. Vickee Greer lost her battle with cancer in 2007 and the Greer Foundation was never launched.
Jessika's senior thesis project featured her original design concepts developed for Vickee's HOPE Project. Her goal was to keep in mind The Greer Foundation's mission is to help children and their families understand the link between animal abuse and child abuse while promoting educational programs that encourage a violent-free global community.
Vickee Greer was an unsung hero who dedicated her life to breaking the link between animal abuse and child abuse. Listen, you can still hear her saying, “Praise a child, make his day; pet an animal and make him feel kindness; and allow peace to be part of your life – today and always.”
Vickee Greer's husband, Jim Greer also lost his battle with cancer in June 2015. Jessika Savage, Dee Beaugez, and Denise Langston are continuing to working to help Vickee Greer's dreams come true for HOPE (healing outreach and promoting education) for all children.
